I've been going to GC for a number of years, and I've always been satisfied with my experience. This particular haircut experience was very satisfying. Morgan not only paid attention to the notes of my past cuts but also did a couple of more steps to make my cut look great.

Hair stylist NICKI ...I've been using Great Clips for over 15 years now I've had many different stylists Nicki just placed number One of my favs.She has a very sweet and spirit.Nicki was very helpful and concerned about how I wanted my hair cut.She listened and gave her suggestions as I had needed.Her smile and conversation lit up the room.I walked out feeling better than I did when I walked in.Hang on to Nicki..She is definitely an asset to your company as great customer service is a rarity..Kudos to Nicki ..Keep shining you're light.

April 26 2023 I went to GC 18th Street Kenosha location. In the middle of my trim (thank God she just finished the length trim and I didn't look like I'd lost a fight with my scissors!)the stylist and her coworker claimed they saw a bedbug in my hair. The lady in charge handed me a plastic garbage bag, demanded that I put my purse and jacket inside them and that I exit the store immediately. I did not pay, I apologized profusely and left. I went home, called back and apologized again. I then strip search my bedroom, other rooms, etc.... NOTHING. Furthermore, I live alone, I would have bites! I have nothing. I do NOT nor have I ever HAD bedbugs in my house.

I do not know what they saw, but if it WAS a bedbug it may well have come from inside their store! I hope I have not brought them NOW into my home.

The Only good thing about this visit is that I got a free trim on the length of my long hair :)

Avoid this place if at all possible. This was my first, and LAST visit.

Honestly wish I could give some bonus stars, everything was great at Great Clips! My hair stylist, Miss Seema is amazing and does a great job!

I went for a monthly trim to a lady that has cut my hair for the last several months. I liked the way she cut it. But this time she thinned my hair without asking me or saying anything about what she was doing. When I got home to wash my hair and fix it, I could believe how much she had thinned it out! I wasn’t happy and still am very angry about how thin it is and that she didn’t ask me before doing it! I know it will take a while and hope it will thicken up again.

Just recently had my hair washed and cut. I am highly satisfied with the service I received from Davina. I greatly appreciate how she greeted and made my visit very pleasant.

Always friendly and provide great service! Also provide what we ask for. We definitely return for the service.

Stylist gossiped to next stylist about me moving my head too much, and wanting to check the length to be cut before cutting. At this salon blown dry means not even close to that. Because of the gossiping, I was too intimidated to complain before the cut. When I complained at the point she barely dried my hair, two stylists said it was my fault because I expected too much from Great Clips. A client told me that I came to the wrong place if I expected my hair to be blown dry. If you are a female, and expect your hair to be thoroughly washed and dried, don’t go to this Great Clips!

Great Clips @ 1711 Clements Ferry.. Signed in online and it stated there was a 47 minute wait and closing hours were at 6pm. Arrive at Salon 3:15 to see 5 people waiting for haircuts. The display showed a 31 minute wait and my name had been removed from the online sign in.. There was not one person sitting in a chair getting hair cut and after standing there for 5 minutes one lady came from the back of the salon to tell me that the store was closing at 4pm. Great Clips really needs to work on their management and customer service. Drove all the way for this.. Ridiculous....

Great customer service. Colleen was very knowledgeable and was very patient with my husband who can be quite demanding. She gave him the exact cut he asked for and had a great attitude the entire time.

Patricia was very customer service orinented. She gave me a great haircut and was very pleasant.

I am 82 yrs old. Went in for a cut, overdue to pandemic. Asked if my stylist was vaccinated for COVID, told no! Asked if anyone of the stylists was vaccinated and told they didn’t need to tell me and didn’t need to wear masks. RUN from the Vancouver shop on 63rd.

Went in for a trim. Left with almost no hair. I just got a perm and highlights only to have them ALL cut off. I haven't stopped crying for 3 days and the salon owner isn't willing to do anything except refund my 22 dollars. I shouldhave known better but they should at least pay a areputabke stylist to fix this as there is no hair left to fix and need extentions to get back my ringlets curls this girl cut off.she has long dark hair in her 20s. I'm appalled at this company's lack of accountability and show no signs of remorse.im mortified and emotionally traumatized by this . I've covered all mirrors zin my house because I can't look at myself with out bawling
