The stylists do change from time to time, but in my experience the haircuts have still been solid. As long as I keep leaving with a cut I’m happy with, I don’t really mind seeing a new face now and then.

"Pretty Good Haircut"
The stylist asked what I was going for and checked in with me a few times along the way. The haircut turned out good overall, maybe close to what I had in mind.

I got my haircut here and it turned out fine, I guess, but it wasn’t really what I asked for. I tried to explain what I wanted, but it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving during the cut, and by the end it was just “close enough.” I also noticed a few uneven spots afterward that I had to fix myself at home. Not the worst experience, but I probably wouldn’t rush back.

I got in really quick, way faster than I thought I would. I blame the staff for actually being organized and keeping things moving, because I barely had time to sit down before they called me.

I’ll admit, I mostly use greatclips.com just to see what time the place is open before I head over. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s easy enough to check, and it has definitely saved me from making a pointless trip when they’re closed.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the holiday hours can be a little unclear sometimes, which is annoying. But for regular days, the hours are usually accurate, so I guess it does what I need it to do

I was really happy with how quick the payment process was. Tipping right on the screen was simple and convenient, which made the whole checkout feel smooth. The only thing I’d improve is making the final totals a little clearer before confirming

They usually look at the notes from my last haircut, which I appreciate, but somehow the cut still comes out different sometimes. It’s a little frustrating because I’m not always sure what I’m supposed to do next—explain it again, update the notes, or just hope they get it right next time

"Same Cut Every Time, Nothing Special"
I’ve been here a few times it’s pretty much the same haircut every visit. It’s not terrible, but nothing really stands out either. When I mentioned it, I just got one of those canned apologies that feels like they say it to everyone, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it’s fine if you just need a basic cut, but I wouldn’t expect anything amazing.

I booked through greatclips.com and the check-in part was simple. I didn’t have to sit around long, and the haircut turned out good, so I was happy with that overall.
The only thing was they brought up the shampoo and styling stuff a little more than I wanted. It wasn’t rude or anything, just kind of came up again after I’d already said no to it. Still a decent visit though

I went here recently and it was fine overall. The salon looked clean to me and the people working there were nice enough, so that was good. It just kind of had this busy, rushed vibe, like everyone was trying to move fast even if they maybe weren’t. I don’t know, it made it feel less relaxing than I expected. Not a bad place, but I wouldn’t really call it cozy either

"Decent trim, but felt a bit rushed"
I went in just needing a simple trim, and the stylist was nice enough. She seemed like she knew what she was doing, but it felt a little rushed and she didn’t really pause to check the cut much as she went. On top of that, I kept having to verify the same details more than once, which got kind of annoying for such a basic appointment. The final cut wasn’t terrible, but the sides are a little uneven and it ended up shorter than I asked for. It’ll grow out, so I’m not too upset, but if I go back I’d probably ask for someone different.

I usually go to Great Clips when I’m not trying to spend too much on a haircut. The prices are fair, and most of the time the cut turns out solid. The online check-in is nice too, saves you from waiting around as long. It’s not some fancy salon or anything, but for the price, it gets the job done...

"Easy trim and nice staff"
I stopped in for a trim and had a really good experience. The staff actually listened to what I wanted, kept everything moving, and were friendly without trying to push extra stuff on me, which I always appreciate. It was busy, but they handled it smoothly. Any chaos there would’ve been avoidable, and they clearly had it under control. I’d definitely go back.

I do like that the app makes it easy to check in before you go — that part is nice. The wait time wasn’t totally accurate though... it was off by a bit. Not a huge deal, but overall it felt more like an average convenience than anything super impressive.

I checked in online before heading over, thinking the wait time would be close to what it showed. When I got there, though, I still ended up waiting longer than expected. The staff was really nice, and my haircut turned out fine, so no complaints there. I just wish the time estimate had been a little more accurate

"Didn’t Feel Clean Enough to Stay"
I walked in and noticed hair all over the floor, and the chairs looked like they had only been quickly wiped down, if that. I get that places can get busy and a little messy during a rush, but this felt like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. It just didn’t give me a good feeling, so I ended up leaving annoyed.

"It’s a Surprise Every Time"
The add-ons feel like a total roll of the dice depending on which location you go to. One place has them, another doesn’t, and suddenly your whole plan changes. It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely adds a little drama to what should be a simple order.

"Felt a Little Awkward Waiting So Long"
The staff was nice enough, but I felt kind of embarrassed just sitting there after my appointment time kept passing. They’d said it wouldn’t be too long, but I ended up waiting longer than expected. The haircut turned out fine, but once I finally got in the chair, it felt a bit rushed.
